PUTTING SCIENCE TO WORK TO SOLVE REAL WORLD PROBLEMS
Ashley has many years of experience with coaching and consulting, conducting her own research to tailor her services with companies, non-profits, as well as provincial and federal governments. On a personal level, she provides science-based techniques to people managers and business leaders that will free up seconds, minutes, and hours that, over the long term, become weeks and months that can be reinvested in positive, healthy activities.
Her recent consulting engagements include co-founding a behavioral science division in the British Columbia provincial government, where she was tasked with using science to save money, time, and lives. In 2019, she was a behavioral science consultant for TripActions, a travel start-up which is now valued at $7.25B. Today, she is consulting for Google on optimizing hybrid work, Mitre – a tech start-up that is focused on improving meetings, and the communications firm Edelman. She is open to new opportunities to apply behavioral science to the design of products, services, people operations and to marketing and communications.
