I’m Dr. Ashley Whillans, an Assistant Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School and author of the new book “Time Smart: How to Reclaim Your Time & Live a Happier Life.” I have a PhD in Social Psychology and work with employees to overcome time stress and thrive in our lives in and outside of the workplace. I teach negotiation and motivation courses to MBAs and Executives worldwide and give keynote talks and workshops to professionals.
